First, I wish to thank those of you who responded to my question.  One
respondent felt, however, that it would have been more useful if I had cited
the book in question; well, here it is:
 
        Gioannini, Marilyn,
 
        The Complete Food Allergy Book Cookbook (Ca., Prima Publishing, 1996).
 
On page 17 the author writes: "Not only wheat, but corn...contain gluten in
varying amounts."
