I will be traveling to Eugene, OR and the Willamette Valley in the fall and would appreciate info on grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Also, are the grocery stores there well stocked with GF items ( like crackers, bread, etc.)? I am contemplating mailing a box of GF food to be safe, but if the foods are readily available, may not be the need. I am in Knoxville, TN and most of the mainstream grocery stores have a fairly good supply and a few specialty stores in town to make up the difference. Any advice will be appreciated! Traveling has been a challenge since diagnosis in 2012!
