I've been gf for 25 years and can only say that there are so many great companies out there who provide us with gf products.  When l find one that's not great I feel I should post it.  As I told one of the complainers - what would we do without Glutino's - Bell & Evans - Lance's peanut butter crackers etc/.  There are so many great ones  - when i find one that isn't great - I post it.  Sorry for those I offended but Udi's Cheese and macaroni didn't taste like cheese.
