Dear Listmates,  Shuster Laboratories Inc. is retained by Newman's Own to
provide technical services and "feel"the following are gluten free:
Newman's Own Spaghetti Sauce ( all varieties), Popcorn, Microwave Popcorn,
Lemonade, Organics-Sweet Dark Chocolate Products.

The status of The Newman's Own Salad Dressings and Salsa are uncertain as
they contain vinegar which could have been produced from wheat and faxed
several pages on celiac disease, vinegar, and distilled alcohol relating to
that.  I spoke to Gerry Kelly at Shuster 617-328-7600, fax 617-770-0957.

We have used the spaghetti sauce without any reaction and it was pretty
good.
