I was shopping in a Natural Food store with a large gluten free section.  I
asked about gluten free waffles, and they said they were out of Vans, but
they had Buckwheat Waffles.  On the box it said "gluten free."  I did not buy
them, because I don't know anything about Buckwheat.  Does anyone know
anything about it?
