Dear Listmates,

I got an answer of Safeway rootbeer: Diet Select brand was the one I
asked about. It is indeed GF, at least in Western Canada (my caveat not
theirs). I also got an apology from them for the delay and offer of gift
certificates because it took over a month to go through all the suppliers
to get a conclusive answer. I hope we can always get that kind of good and
thorough assistance from our retailers!
