Ann Maureen, I and my children have celiac with an corn intolerance.  If
you want a mainstream multi-symptom remedy, I use Drixoral Cold & Flu
(green pills) or Drixoral Allergy Sinus (yellow pills).  These seem to be
the same product in different colors, I have the yellow on hand at the
moment.
 
        Active Ingredients:     Acetominophen, Dexbrompheniramine Maleate,
                                Pseudoephedrine Sulfate
        Inactive Ingedients:    Calcium Phosphate, Carnauba Wax,
                                D&C Yellow No. 10 Aluminum Lake,
                                FD&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake,
                                Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose,
                                Magnesium Stearate, Methylparaben, PEG,
                                Propylparaben, Stearic Acid
 
If you just want an aspirin type thing, for adults I use Aleve.
