I have heard that Noodles & Co. has rice noodles and can make the Wisconsin 
Mac & Cheese gluten free.  Has anyone out there tried this option?  We're 
planning on going to visit my son in college tomorrow, where a fellow celiac 
has eaten at noodles, and he would like to try it.  Thanks!  -Mary
