We've been invited for Easter dinner, ham. My friend is serving a ham she
bought from Sam's Club, brand name Cavanaugh. It is cured with water,
salt, sodium lactate, honey, brown sugar, sodium phosphate, dextrose,
sodium erythorbate, flavorings, & sodium nitrate. Flavorings seem to be
the only dubious item. How do I find out if it is GF? Anybody have any
ideas about who I should contact?

Also, is A-1 Steak Sauce GF?

Any help will be appreciated.
