In a few weeks, my wife and I will be moving to Vancouver, Washington
(immediately north of Portland, Oregon).  I have only recently begun the GF
diet, and would appreciate any information on few things:
- Physicians in the Vancouver/Portland area who are knowledgeable about CD.
 Also, what health plan they belong to, if that's relevant.
- Restaurants in the area that are celiac-friendly.
- Good grocery/health food stores that are sources of GF ingredients or food.
