Boy, do I wish that I knew of some.

The local Celiac group lists the El Toritos chain here as good for celiacs,
but their food is horrible.

In-N-Out Burgers is also listed. They serve a Protein Burger, which is a
burger wrapped in lettuce. The protein burger, fries, and milk shake have
been referred to as gf.

The cafeteria here at USIU is very celiac friendly.

Please write if you have any more questions or need any help.
