Thanks to the 8 people who responded to my request for a GF mayonnaise
recipe.

There are 2 brands of ready made mayonnaise that were suggested -
Hellman's and Best Foods. However these brands do not seem to be
available in Australia (although if anyone in Australia has been able to
get them could you let me know where please?).
