I have found through trial and error that 4 oz of cooking oil, 2 Tbs
lecithin, and 2 Tbs vodka or light rum will make an excellant pan spray;
used in a spray bottle. Be sure to shake well!

Note: For those of you who don't want the alcohol, it DOES evaporate when
cooking. I've never been able to the the mixture to spray out properly
without it.

Hope this helps!
