Coachella Valley Celiac Connections will hold its monthly meeting on
Tuesday, July 22nd at 6:30 p.m. at the Portola Community Center, 45-480
Portola Avenue (at Shadow Mountain, just south of El Paseo) in Palm
Desert, California. We will be discussing the “Gluten-Free Restaurant
Awareness Program” developed by the Westchester (NY) Celiac Sprue Support
Group, an innovative new program that provides an easy-to-use way to
locate restaurants that are aware of the gluten-free diet and its
preparation. All are welcome, especially restaurant owners and managers
who may be interested in learning about this exciting program.
