On Celiac, we use the summary process to collect posts and than report
them back to the entire List.  Since this is not an incorrect statement
about the GF status os a product, replies to the 2500 members is not a
valid request.

In general, when you need information faster than the two or three days to
collect summaries, please drop a note to the poster and ask for an early
update.

This technique reduces the volume of our mail.
