  The next meeting for the Indiana Gluten Intolerance Support Team will be
November  17, 2002 at 1:00PM.  Location of the meeting is at Kathryn Weil
Center, Medical Arts Building - 4th floor, 26th St. and Cason, Lafayette, IN.

   This meeting will also be our Holiday cookie exchange.  Bring any gluten
free cookie or bar as many as you would like and mix and match for a nice
variety of treats to take home.  Please put the cookies or bars in individual
bags of 12  with the receipe.  If possible use Blue Bonnet or Parkay light
margerine or Flieshman's unsalted margerine so those who are lactose
intolerant can eat the as well.
   The program wil be a video by Dr. Kenneth Fine, a gstroenterologist who is
an expert on celiac disease. He is a doctor of intestinal physiology,
nutrition, and disease of altered intestinal immunological function.  He is
currently doing full time intestinal research and traveling around the
country.  The title of his talk is the full clinical spectrum of glutren
sensitivity.  Nancy attended the convention where he gave this talk.
