A good question was posted by "Angel Soto" saying

>Since I am newly diagnosed I am still learning about what I can and cant
>have - some articles I have read said that chocolate was bad...others
>say ok...is there a difference in what type of chocolate I can have...I
>hope I can have some, even if it's carob...miss it already!!!

I am not newly diagnosed, but I am new to the diet... I have been told
that milk chocholate with as little on the ingredients list as possible
is safe... for me this seems to be Aero chocholate and hershey's milk
chocholate... If anyone knows for certain these are not gluten free
please let us know on the list... I dunno what I will do if I can not
have anymore chocholate...
