A local integrative medicine practitioner will address the relationship
of gluten intolerance to different illnesses during a special meeting of
the Jackson Area Celiac Support Group.

Dr. Helmut Kurt Harnisch of the Harnisch Wellness Clinic will speak
at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3, in the private dining room inside the
cafeteria at Methodist Lebonheur Healthcare-Jackson Hospital.

Group meetings are usually held at 6 p.m. the first Thursday of
every month. They are open to anyone who may benefit from a
wheat-free gluten-free diet, including but not limited to those with other
digestive problems, autism, wheat allergy, ADHD, yeast problems, or
fibromyalgia. Friends and relatives who want to learn
also are welcome.

For more information call 668-7468, 661-9589, or 661-2179.
