Question? Does anyone have the list of about 10 labs around the country that
have sound reputations for analysis of small bowel biopsies for CD?

The list of ten did not show up but several suggestions did. Summary:

Mostly the Doc's associated with the universities, Dr. Green of Columbia; Dr.
Fasano at the University of Maryland.

Prometheus Labs (http://www.prometheus-labs.com/)
IMMCO (http://immcodiagnostics.com/index.html)

You are smart to use a lab that specializes in celiac disease. I used
Quest and ended up needing to get a second opinion on the biopsies in
order to have my CD diagnosed.

I also want to add that at the 2000 International CD conference in Baltimore,
it was shown that a large percentage ( maybe 50 %) of slides analyzed for CD
were shown to be incorrectly or inadequately reviewed.

thanks everyone.
