  (Response to Janet.) Gluten may be present at trace levels due to the
fact that it is present in an ingredient.  However, gluten is not
detectable in Blue and Gorgonzola Cheese using testing methods sensitive
to  <4 ppm.  Our Blue and Gorgonzola cheeses are produced using wheat or
