Dear Listmates,

        This weekend My family and I attended a very special event.  I and all
the other Gluten Intolerance Group volunteers were invited to attend a
picnic at the legendary Bette Hagman's camp in Grapevine, WA.  It was a
blast!  We enjoyed eating, golfing, eating, hiking through the woods,
eating, picking blackberries, eating, swimming, eating, beach combing
and, ... did I mention eating?  The food was out of this world!  Grilled
oysters, hamburger's, baked salmon, bean dishes, every kind of salad you
can imagine and lots of luscious desserts.  I ate til I thought I would
pop!  It was another grand GIG blow out!  They really know how to through
