1.I have had a bad gluten type reaction to Lactaid pills. At my health food
store I found starchfree wheat free Super Milk Digestant by Malabar. I have had
no reaction.... A few weeks ago someone mentioned that the Lactaid milk may not
be gf.   Does anyone have any news on that?
 
In one of the shopping guides there is a comment that Canola Oil is not good
for CS.Does anyone have any info on this??
