A question about A Taste of Thai's Pad Thai pasta was raised - the company
response is that their pasta is gf. They did not reply about the actual pad
thai products with sauce. I received several replies - mainly asking if it
was gf or not. So, I checked the ingredients this week at a store that
carries them - there were three items there marked Pad Thai - a sauce
packet, Pad Thai for Two and a quick meal box (larger than the first). All
three contained soy sauce with wheat clearly labeled.

So - the pad thai noodles (pasta alone) is gf. The pad thai sauce is not
(so, if you get the box meals, all you can use is the plain noodles).
