Hello once again .
You have all been wonderful in your responses to me.
Alot of you wanted to know where i come from ,I am from South Africa.
I can get rice noodles.rice flour and many other things .
We even have gluten free bread,although I do not think we have bread
machines.
I have taken all your advise and will no longer have rye bread.
 
I feel much better knowing their are others out there who understand me and
can give me info and help.I have been told I can eat cornflakes and rice
crispies for breakfast,however in the ingredient box there is malt,will a
little malt in my cereal effect me?
