Thank you all who so quickly responded to my question...I really appreciated it!
As you can see the answers vary:

Are you already diagnosed already with celiac or ENT ...

There is a big connection between gluten and many neurological problems.  If you are having difficulty walking or you are losing your balance -- and you know that you have some diagnosed type of gluten sensitivity -- I'd say you probably need to rule out ataxia.  Or, probably as a lesser involved step, you should probably have a full battery of blood tests to make sure that all of your important blood levels are in good shape (e.g., iron, glucose, etc.).  And, of course, getting your blood pressure checked to make sure that you're not experiencing low BP.  Occasional mild problems, but then I'm on a BiPAP SV (worse than CPAP) at night, and use nasal pillows, meaning the air goes up into my ears. I turned down the humidity setting on the machine.

Years ago, long before the BiPAP machine usage/sleep apnea diagnosis, I had mild problems. I can get mild vertigo from sleep apnea without a machine, from medications, and from many other things.

The one thing I recall is that taking medication for it, Anti-Vert, made me worse. My body does not tolerate medications well.

You may want to examine any medications or supplements you take, and if there is any chance of sleep apnea, get checked. Low oxygen levels during the night can leave you dizzy the next day.

Inner ear problems can cause it, and that should be checked, too.
MS (Multiple Sclerosis) can cause it too, I think.

NO dairy, caffeine, or loud noises.
The Brandt and Jaroff exercise worked for many people I know. Also, vertigo can be a problem when seasons/weather changes. Be sure to check with your doctor about any treatment plans.
When I visited my ENT he told me my crystals or stones were out of my place in my ear and to do certain moves  to get them back into place. After 2 months, and it still happening I gave up. Then several months later I was dx with celiac and the vertigo stopped.
