Hi all,

I'm contemplating relocating and will be driving from NY to Raleigh sometime
either the end of this week, or the beginning of next.  In addition to
wondering if there are any gluten free friendly restaurants, I'd love to
correspond with someone familiar with the area.  It's a big, scary decision,
and I have some questions.
