My diet is similar to your except of fats which seem ok for me, but
definitely it is restricting.
You were asking about mail order.  I have found that I have been most
happy with Dietary Specialties 1-800-544-0099.  Their services is good,
you will receive shipment in about 3 or 4 days.  I cannot vouch for their
prepared foods, mixes, etc., I order only flour, xanthan gum from them. I
like the fine white rice flour from Energee but they will usually take 2
wks.
Most of my food I make from scratch as I find it tastier, I dont work so
am fortunate there but I spend more time in the kitchen than I would like
to.Do you make bread?  Janet
