Regarding my recent posts on this topic and because of the large number of
messages I received, I picked up the Annual Report from the Arlington Bread &
Circus, which is part of the Whole Foods Market chaing that includes stores
under those names as well as Unicorn Whole Foods Market. A blurb from their
annual report reads: "Whole Foods Market owns and operates the nation's
larges chain of natural food supermatkets.....Our stores average 21,000
square fee in size and $12 million in annual sales. Each offers one-stop
shopping for customers committed to a natural lifestyle, featuring foods that
ar organically produced, made from natural ingredients, and free of
unnecessary additives."
