There was a post recently about the processes that Arrowhead Mills goes
through to avoid cross-contamination of their products.  When I got
diagnosed 7 years ago they were doing much less--only washing the
grinding equipment.  I got sick at that time using their stuff so stopped
and started using only Ener-G, Bob's Red Mill and Lundberg Family Farms
(they do *nothing but* rice I believe).

My question is:  do any of you have trouble using their products now
days?
