  Hello Mike - I am looking at Best Foods Light mayo (barcode 048001267787) which triggered the red disodium warning - only disodium ingredient is calcium disodium EDTA.  As for the gum base - put in almost ony gum...like Wrigley's gum.... comes up red for gum base.
