My sister was just diagnosed with Celiac last week (I was diagnosed around  4
years ago).  Her Doctor told her to keep eating gluten until she has her
endoscopy.  I knew that was true for blood tests, but was unaware you had  to do
that for an endoscopy too.

Is this the norm?
