Hello-
I have been wondering the same thing. There is so much confusion about
what is actually gluten-free and what is not. Some lists say avoid even
rice and corn. Some say no guar gum - some say it is fine. Some even
go so far as to say no potatoes or yams. No sugar and you see many of
the mixes that say gluten-free are then loaded with sugar! Why sugar??
Can't they use honey or fruit juice? And what is wrong with organic
maple syrup.
HELP!!!!!!!!
Thanks-
Kathleen
