just in time for st. paddy's day!  another gf corn beef!  "Cooks" corn beef
is gf according to their customer service representative, lynette.  she said
that the only allergen people might want to be aware of is a lactose base in
the tenderizer (that means it's already in the beef).  other than that, the
beef and the spice packet (which contains pure spices and vegetable oil) are
gf.  i did not ask what the source of the veg. oil was.  oh, and they supply
the corn beef in two cuts, i was told the flat cut was the better cut.  top o
the mornin to ya.

anyway, just one more company "on board" with our needs.  their hams are gf
also.
