One comforting thought is that the same great results can come just from
proper diet. I do not order mail order, bake goodies, or take supplements.
Just refraining from deleterious foods and eating properly from the ones
I can tolerate, does just fine.I guess i can't understand how people can
absorb supplements, if they can't absorb the good from their food.

I'm glad someone did refer to "fuzzyminedness" as a transient
condition related to malabsorption , rather than "dementia', which
generally is only suffered by those with ancillary conditions to CD. CD,
in and of itself, does not lead to "dementia". AMS
