There is a new bakery in the Long Island/NY area and it is entirely
gluten-free.

Here is info from one of our group members:

All her products have  no sugar and she uses only Splenda. Her flours are
comprised of only nuts.

All ingredients are fresh, i.e. if a cake calls for blueberry sauce, it is
made from fresh blueberries, etc. She uses primarily nuts, creams & berries.

She bakes several varieties of cheesecakes including blueberry, white
chocolate almond & classic ny style.  She also bakes strawberry shortcakes,
orange cream cakes, etc.

As of this date, she does not have any breads (yet!), only desserts, but
will be developing a muffin recipe.

Linda pointed out that this is so new and her products are evolving.
Birthday cakes are available if you call ahead of time and she will special
order anything with enough notice.

She also carrie chocolates which she sells in half-pound bags.
