Dear List Members, I was pleased to receive about 14 responses to my
request last week for translations in Russian and German for restaurants
-- very quick and very helpful. A few suggested the book, Against the
Grain by Jax Peters -- contains information in many languages. Two
pointed to two web sites that have translations --

One pointed to the Gluten Intolerance Group (206)246-6652 or
[log in to unmask] Cynthia Kupper the director is a dietician and glad to
help. CSA/USA book of GF products has information in 12 languages.
Five people sent actual translations into Russian or German or both --
which of course was immediately helpful.
