Hi Everybody --
I just wanted to share a very good experience I had at P.F.Chang's
this evening. I decided (because you folks gave me the courage) to try
taking my own soy sauce to a restaurant. This is the first time I had
done that. At first, it looked like I wouldn't have anything to eat
because he said everything was made ahead and had the soy sauce
already in it. But once I explained my situation & showed him that
I'd brought my own soy sauce he went back & forth to the kitchen about
3 or 4 times to talk to the chef & finally came out with a list of
about 5 things that could be made w/ my soy sauce. So I had the
wonderful Mongolian Chicken & left the young waiter & handsome tip for
his extra effort!

It was a very positive experience & I'll try it again. I also
recommend you all give them a try.

Stay healthy!
