A third suggestion:
As you can see from the listed ingredients, pudding is very simple to make.
Most good recipe books (like the Joy of Cooking) have pudding recipes. That
way you can use your own safe ingredients and not worry about gluten. It
takes only a few minutes longer to make your own than to use a mix.
