Here's my liking as to this pasta issue, it's Quinoa Supergrain Pasta.
It's made with the quinoa grain and corn. It cooks up perfectly and has
a wonderful flavor. I have found that, to me, the rice pastas are
lacking flavor. The quinoa pasta can be tossed with olive oil and other
seasonings and used in place of potatos or rice.

This product can be purchased through the Quinoa Corporation at P. O. Box
1039, Torrance, Ca. 90505, 310-530-8666. I'm able to purchase it at HF
stores here in Northern California.

By far, this pasta has my vote.

Keep a positive thought,
Connie
Ukiah, Ca.
