Dear List Mates,

I just finished reading "No Gluten Please," one of the most
informational, well-written articles about Celiac Disease/Gluten
Intolerance in the May 2008 issue of Seattle Woman that I have ever
read. The amount of information in this short article is very
impressive. It covers issues such as celiac disease vs. gluten
intolerance, the impact of gluten on autoimmune diseases in general,
and it deals with the variety of problems including neuro-psychiatric
symptoms that can occur. It also covers testing options, doctors,
food sources and much more. There is also a list that includes gluten
free menus, even some that deliver gluten free meals.

Sue
