I just recently went to Applebee's and enthusiastically ordered the
buffalo wings.  After the first bite I then asked about the coating on
the wings--the cook said that the wings come pre-coated so he did not
know what was on them.  With a bad attitude, I went ahead and ate the
wings....yes, I had a reaction.  But I figured I had eaten some gluten I
might as well finish it off.  I did stop short of ordering a beer. (grin)
