Featuring a spectacular indoor kite flying performance by stunt kite flyer

the past year to educate people about celiac disease and raise awareness,
through his "Fly Free Gluten Free" program. He will fly his kite indoors,
without wind!

Admission: One gluten-free food item per person, to be used in a care
package for a newly diagnosed celiac.

You will receive raffle tickets for each gluten-free food item you bring
that is in good condition and not expired. People who bring mixes will
receive 4 raffle tickets per mix. Raffle prizes include a $50 gift
certificate to Borders, a Harry Potter Gift set, gift baskets from EnJoy
Life Foods and 1-2-3 Gluten Free, gift certificates for Hedwig Dance studio,
Windy City Fieldhouse, Pass Health Foods, and more!

This event is for children with celiac disease and their families.

While kids enjoy activities supervised by Windy City Fieldhouse Staff,
parents are invited to hear a presentation on "Taming Temptation: Practical
Strategies for Maintaining a 100% Gluten-Free Diet" with a question and
answer session following the talk.

Snacks will be provided at the event but families should make their own
lunch plans.

PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER BY CALLING 773-702-7593 or e-mailing Michelle
Melin-Rogovin. Please provide the names of the children who will be
attending, indicate which children are celiacs and the name of each parent
or grandparent in attendance.

Attendance is limited to the first 250 registrants.

This event is sponsored by the Frances E. Streit Foundation, and generously
supported by the Gluten-Free Pantry, Roh&Jo's Gluten Free Sweets, The
Gluten-Free Trading Company, EnJoy Life Foods, Fruitful Yield, Incentive
