As it turns out there seems to be a question as to whether  Dr. Mark  
Hyman's home delivered UltraSimple diet plan is indeed gluten free.   
The original e-mailing that I received stated specifically that "ALL  
of the meals are free of the major allergens and are gluten-free,  
dairy-free and corn-free among others.".   However, some of you went  
onto the website itself which makes no mention of this.  Some people  
phoned them and one person was told that it was not gluten free and I  
was told that they "couldn't say with complete certainty" that the  
meals were gluten free.  So, apparently they have some kinks to work  
out and some questions to address.  I've e-mailed and phoned asking  
why there is a disparity between what was stated in the   
"invitational" e-mail and what the customer service people are saying  
and they just stated that "they are working on sorting everything out".
