I live in Wells, Maine and we Celiac's are delighted to have a wonderful bakery in our town that knows about Gluten Free baking. I have no ties or connections but have enjoyed their products. The bakery is Anello's Pastries and they are located on Route One in Wells. Their hours are Tues-Fri 7:30 to 2 p.m. and Saturday 9-2 and Sun 9-1. If you summer in the area look them up and try it yourself. The Pastry Chef and owner has a friend or family member that is Celiac and she has taken this concern to her business. Hope you have a chance to try it.

Donna
