We are traveling to England and Wales at the end of March, and I am so
grateful to all who have posted about traveling gluten-free in England in
the past. A search of the celiac archives turned up lots of helpful
information.

However, I am still missing one critical piece, which is a milk-substitute
(rice or soy, perhaps) that is also gluten-free. We have a couple of brands
we depend on here but I am hoping someone can tell me if there are
equivalents in Great Britain and where I might find them (Boots? Marks &
Spencers? A healthfood store?).

Thanks in advance for any information.
