Dear List-mates,
Thank you to all who responded regarding the mislabeling issue. I have been inundated with responses from all over the country, hence the delay in summarizing. Obviously mislabeling of this kind (actually labeling a non GF as GF)is a serious ongoing problem, probably more prevalent than previously thought. Apparently my letter to store management has been ignored. Therefore I have taken our concerns to the CEO of the Kroger Family of Supermarkets. With 100's of new GF products showing up on store shelves, management and staff need an education.
I will report on any response.
Sincerely,
Deb Wheaton
