(1) Cut two strips of bacon into 1/2 in pieces.  Cook in skillet.  Add
chopped or shredded apple & chopped pecans.  Saute together til apples
are wilted.

(2) Brown bulk pork sausage in skillet.  Add shredded cabbage.  Saute
until cabbage is desired consistency.
