The terms "intolerance" and "allergy" have narrow technical
meanings that have nothing to do with how strong any immediate
response  to the substance is.
 
Could a professional give  us those definitions?  Do we want to discuss
both on this list?
 
What we all have is gluten "intolerance", likely connected with a temporary
"intolerance" to lactose untill the villi regrow following use of the
gluten free diet.
