Hi all,

Sorry for the quick request... but I am in a bind and don't have time to
look through the archives to find the answer.

I don't drink, so don't pay attention to the posts about safe liquors, etc.

What is safe for a celiac to drink? My boss is wanting to give a
housewarming gift to a colleague in Brussels, Belgium who is also
celiac. She's asked me what is a safe liquor or wine and I don't have
the answer to that question. I turn to you all. Especially any European
listmates, as she is nearly in Brussels and will need to pick up
something there.

Thanks for all your help... I'm happy to summarize.

Anita
