Just wanted to share a new find -- Beautiful Sweets gluten free cookies.
Tried some this week and not only do they taste great, but they are
gorgeous!  Am going to place another order to keep on hand for all of the
open houses, school functions and parties that will make my little celiac
feel special with his own cookie that is even prettier than the gluten ones!

Here's the link and a message I got from the owner when I contacted them:

We are extremely excited to announce the availability of our new line of
gluten-free cookies!  Although it has taken us many months to develop and
perfect our new gluten-free recipes; the feedback we have received from all
of our testers is that the cookies taste terrific! They are baked in a
separate and completely isolated kitchen to insure that no
cross-contamination occurs. Available flavors include vanilla, chocolate and
gingerbread.

In developing our new GF line, we utilized the expertise of Jean Duane, one
of the leading gluten-free cooks in the country. Jean's extensive background
with gluten-free cooking was instrumental in enabling us to come up with
such a great tasting line of GF cookies.  For those of you looking for a
great GF cookbook, we encourage you to check out Jean's latest cookbook,
entitled Baked Deliciously..
